The organic orito differs from the common banana by having its long, wide and shiny leaf. It is an almost wild fruit and because it is ecological it is possible to improve its phytosanitary problems, obtain better prices and find other markets.

The orito is a yellow fruit, which is eaten raw because it is sweet and soft, it provides 90 calories per 100 grams of food, it is rich in sugars, in potassium, it participates in the muscle contraction and relaxation mechanism, it contains vitamins from the group B, above all, folic acid (B9), soluble fiber that helps lower high blood cholesterol levels, vitamin E, which is an antioxidant that protects body tissue from damage caused by unstable substances called free radicals.
